As a multidisciplinary engineering and construction leader, my 25+-year career has been defined by the way I successfully manage large, multi-million-dollar capital projects—often under pressure, across cultures, and in environments with zero room for error. The mindset that “when it gets tough, you get tougher” has been a driving force behind my consistent success. From EV battery plants and steel mills to international airports, power transmission systems, and active gold mines, I’ve led work in some of the most technically complex and operationally sensitive environments in the world. The projects may vary, but the through line is always the same: translating strategy into execution, building trust, and making things work seamlessly on the ground.Built on field insight, project controls expertise, and design coordination, my experience spans high-stakes environments where demands shift rapidly and precision matters. That cross-functional foundation helps create alignment, stabilize moving parts, and keep execution grounded in real-world constructability, reducing rework, accelerating decisions, and driving results from planning through delivery.My leadership approach is collaborative and humble. I work shoulder to shoulder with my teams, ask the tough questions others are too afraid to ask, and listen closely.
