As part of the Process Engineering team, my role is to transform the banks internal and external processes to meet the bank strategy and to ensure that customer and colleague experiences are second to none.We work with the different business areas to review its business processes (customer & colleague) and transform these processes with an E2E focus for the future.We provide our internal stakeholders with the skills and experience to support all aspects of Process Engineering, which is a key strategic focus of the bank.Main ActivitiesDiscovery: E2E process reviews to identify opportunities for both technical and non-technical improvements.Prioritisation: Working with the business domains and technical teams to prioritise initiatives that will make the biggest difference including coherent business case production. Create roadmaps for the delivery of quick wins and strategic solutionsTransformation: Work with business areas, IT, Data COE and 3rd parties to identify the best solution, by understanding the AS IS, the existing pain points, and reviewing all the potential options available
