PIH Health is comprised of two hospitals, physician foundation, IPA, Home Health, and Hospice. Position scope includes compensation, benefits, executive compensation, executive benefits, wellness, and implementation of several planned Human Resource systems (core HR system applicant tracking, learning management system, compensation system, employee health system and document imaging).Oversee the administration of the Executive Incentive and Benefit program. Develop, manage and communicate specialized compensation arrangements. Oversee day to day operations of the employee retirement plan 403(b) and sit on PIH Health\'s employee retirement committee and the PMG physician retirement committee.
