Helped execute a $280mm transformational acquisition including business and market diligence, financial and valuation modeling, acquisition agreement negotiations, deal structuring and developing an operational strategy. Developed and implemented a strategic plan to onboard 3 acquisitions valued at more than $400mm over a six-month period. Built an entire back-office infrastructure to handle accounting, financial and regulatory reporting, and treasury for three separate companies in time to pass an audit for each company within seven months of acquisitions closing. Integrated new field operations teams with the back office and executive teams across four geographical locations, and managed IT systems integrations and setup. Raised $110mm acquisition credit facility that was fully committed and syndicated in an extraordinarily challenging energy lending market.
