SmartSource is owned by private equity firm Dubin Clark and was acquired by ABCOM in early 2019 after Dubin Clark purchased ABCOM in Q4 of 2018.• As ABCOM’s first CFO, led all financial post-acquisition activities after the Dubin Clark acquisition, including working capital settlement and company’s first external audit and annual budget process. • Helped lead ABCOM through successful acquisition of SmartSource Rentals in 2019 and related integration activities across finance, accounting, treasury and tax. • Directed company through successful recovery following a dramatic and lengthy revenue decline in 20••••21 solely attributable to the Covid-19 impact on live events while simultaneously diversifying the business\' revenue streams such as managed IT services.• Led and executed 2023 refinance of senior term and mezzanine debt facilities that provided company greater liquidity and operating runway.
