Defense side employment litigation, before the federal and state courts, NLRB, OFCCP, EEOC and state agencies, and arbitrators. Counsel private and public businesses in a wide array of employment, labor, and contract issues, including FMLA/ADA, WARN, Affirmative Action Plans, non compete and non disclosure agreements, collective bargaining, and union organizing. Represent clients across the United States, in a variety of industries including manufacturing, pulp/paper, food, transportation, health care, and financial.
