As a professor of management and Silberman Global faculty Fellow, I teach a variety of management, organizational behavior and human resource management courses, and founded FDU\'s undergraduate Human Resources program. I have won eight awards for my teaching, scholarship and service to students.I have published over 40 academic research articles, multiple book chapters, and three books. My main areas are building \"Whole-Person\" workplace cultures, workplace flexibility, and employee wellbeing. I have also taught at IESEG School of Management in Paris, the University of Monaco, and the University of Zagreb. I am always looking for HR professionals to hire or serve as mentors for my awesome undergraduate HR students!
