After working within Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for over twenty years, I decided it was time to take a leap of faith and set up my own Recruitment & Coaching business, ‘Futures Consulting Group’ in 2019.Since the business started trading in June 2019 it has evolved into the following services:COACHINGI love to coach. I always have. I love to see people do well and succeed. I work closely with individuals to help them move forward to the next stage in their career. We start with the CV, making sure it is a flawless document that secures interviews. We work on interview preparation, research, and most of all we work on BEHAVIOURS’. It is all I have known for the last twenty years, so it was always going to be a large part of my business. I work exclusively with clients on Senior Level vacancies. I meet every candidate and interview them thoroughly (face to face) against the Job Specification. I only put candidates forward who I believe are a good fit for the role. I build long term relationships with both candidates and clients.
