As a digital professional with 20 years of experience, I have had the privilege of leading talented teams and delivering successful projects across a range of industries. Currently, I am the Applications Delivery Manager of a team of 15 developers and analysts, where we focus on delivering an ambitious digital strategy for our clients.In my current role, I oversee over 20+ concurrent projects that are primarily focused on application modernisation, moving applications to the cloud, implementing the Microsoft Power Platform Centre of Excellence, driving intelligent automation through Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. I have had the opportunity to lead my team delivering over 100 successful customer focused projects and over 40 automations, streamlining processes and improving efficiency for our clients.Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and an ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion. I am passionate about using technology to solve complex business challenges and am committed to helping customers achieve their goals.In addition to my technical expertise, I pride myself on my ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and colleagues alike.
