Scott is a seasoned development and construction executive with over 27 years of experience building multi-discipline teams consisting of both internally and third party members to develop creative solutions to project challenges across Canada. He is a licensed professional engineer (Ontario) with an MBA and LEED accreditation. In his time with Bird Construction, Scott has held positions as Construction Manager, Production Manager, Project Director, Senior Project Manager and Project Manager and has been responsible for the successful completion of multiple single site projects up to $465 million including the Whitby Rail Maintenance Facility, and multi-site projects up to $175 million. Through his career he has also completed over $100 million in educational institution renovation/expansion projects and over 10 million sq ft of retail construction and renovation work. He has strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and independently.
