As the SVP - Director of Specialty Deposits at Encore Bank, I lead a team of professionals who provide banking liquidity and revenue solutions for various clients, including Third Party Escrow transactions, title and escrow companies, property management, HOA and Community Management, legal fiduciaries, and government agencies. I have over 20 years of experience in managing and developing specialty deposits programs and sales teams, with a proven track record of generating low-cost, core deposits of over $300 million annually along with significant fee income.I have also overseen a team that was able to generate $800MM in total new deposit growth annually. My core competencies include new business development, customer relationship management, attention to detail, budgeting, presentation, and leadership skills. I have successfully managed portfolios as large as $2.8 billion, budgets as large as $30 million, and teams as small as 2 to as large as 30. I have also served on various banking committees, such as ALCO, Sales, Operations, Risk, and Product Development, as well as presented to boards of directors, branches, and whole bank leadership teams.
