Oversee the development, launch and roll out of Ford Pro Insure, a new commercial auto insurance product; making near-term resourcing decisions that expanded its footprint to 11 states. Took an ownership role of the underwriting service by actively developing underwriting guidelines; the sales and distribution service by producing at 123% of plan YTD 2025; oversaw and created policies and procedures in operations. Liaised with the MGA responsible for daily operations and wholesalers for executing sales goals within our underwriting appetite. Execute oversight and controls to ensure efficiency, productivity and compliance in all aspects of the product. Support the technology teams as they develop and launch the tech stack supporting the product. Own support for the product, set the underwriting rules, update rules and rates once live, laisse with technology teams on product and pricing updates, and perform underwriting audits.
