   Responsible for Planning, organizing, and directing activities of the 911th Airlift Wing (911 AW) Installation Mission Sustainment Program and the Air Force Community Partnership Program. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with government and public agencies that enhance and streamline mission readiness and effectiveness. Proactively manage the risk of hazards and thereby protect current missions, prepare for future missions, and ensure the sustainability of all mission related operating areas. Manage and lead the Community Initiatives Program performing analytical studies on the impact of the Mission Sustainment Program objectives using existing plans, programs, and processes for initiatives of the 911 AW proffered by city, state, and local governments. Make decisions on the initiatives impacting the base and provides summary of information to leadership. Represent 911 AW leadership with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Maintaining constant awareness of problems impeding the Wing mission and airspace. Investigate problem areas and implements definitive corrective/preventive actions. Maintain independent decision-making authority over issues involving the long-term mission viability of the Air Force flying mission as it pertains to surrounding communities, counties, the state of Pennsylvania and its congressional delegates.
