The retreat at Embercombe is an integral and much-loved part of the On Purpose London experience. During the retreat the On Purpose Associates connect more deeply with themselves, with nature and with each other. Together as a cohort they explore topics such as leadership, purpose, meaning and community, and learn to support themselves and each other more fully.The retreat consists of 4 days of pre-planned activities, some individual, many collective, designed to facilitate the individual and collective exploration. And amongst all the plans, we also allow the land and the cohort to co-create the content, and to co-facilitate the experience. Indeed, staying alive to what is and improvising, rather than rigidly adhering to what was planned, is one of the most fun parts of facilitating!

I am a certified leadership coach and group facilitator, accompanying individuals on their development journey, supporting them to lead more effectively and to create more positive impact.Through 1:1 coaching, leadership development programmes and trainings, I guide people to develop clarity of purpose and connection to their values, the confidence to lead and to catalyse leadership in others, and the skills to work in ways that include and unleash everyone, unlock collective intelligence, and foster creativity and innovationI help people to courageously claim what is most important to them, to practice the art of adaptive leadership in seriously playful and curious ways, to nurture emotional fluidity and resilience, and to become more mindfully aware of how they are in relationship with themselves and each other.I am driven to support people to contribute meaningfully to a better world - one where people feel valued and have opportunities to grow, and where the needs of the wider communities and our planet are considered and looked after.A bit more about me-I am an accredited Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) transformational coach, and certified to administer the Leadership Circle Profile. I have a deep curiosity for unfolding human potential. Prior to training as a coach I worked for more than a decade in the media, marketing and advertising industries, in creative and strategy roles, supporting brands to reach their audiences.I am a Fellow of the On Purpose Social Business Leadership Development programme, where I now coach young social entrepreneurs taking part in the On Purpose programme, and where I co-facilitate their bi-annual leadership development retreat.
