Three years ago, development work began on the Home Automation system, the system was tested by a US userbase in Spring & Summer last year, and it is now being sold to consumers within the US. New features continue to be developed and released to our customers.Unlike proprietary home automation systems, our users can use any of the 150 devices that we have profiled from over 50 manufacturers. Many of our users in the US operate large systems throughout their homes, with many of them connected to over 160 devices covering every aspect: lights, power, HVAC, security, wellbeing & energy usage.The system includes the following unique features-Operates independently from the cloud controlling and processing the devices locally. Quickly & easily setup automations for lighting & power control, HVAC, security, wellbeing & energy usage. Built-in template apps and power user tools allow both the Novice & Advanced users to quickly setup the automations they want, without the need to enter any code or syntax. For example, they can setup a full alarm system within less than a minute, and then, if they choose to do so, customise its operation to meet their own requirements.Device, and radio frequency, agnostic We can profile new devices, and, when new radio frequencies are introduced, the new devices can be operating alongside existing ones from existing radio frequencies. For example, Amazon is releasing Sidewalk next year, and Google, Amazon & Apple are working on CHIP, both will be new radio frequencies. Instead of replacing the hub, and/or making their old devices redundant, the system can simply be extended to use the new devices.Having proven the system, we are moving to other sectors, mainly, Caring for Older People and Commercial Applications (building/site management).
