My goals are to be a good human, to grow revenue, build remarkable products, all with happy teams.Summary & Stats:* I have managed in person and remote teams from 0-150, remote from 2017 on.* I have been deploying Ai solutions since 2023 and working with ML since 2017* I have worked in just about every major open source tech stack (Java, javascript, python, ruby, php etc)* My first SOC report was 2015, with many others since then (PCI, ISO, HiTrust, NIST, and CMMA)* I have interviewed hundreds of candidates, and sadly, but not regrettably, laid-off or fired more than I can admit.* My primary skill is scaling a team for a foundering engineering of a VC backed, post A or B round company.
