As a partner at Armanino, one of the top 20 largest accounting and consulting firms in the US, I lead the North Texas corporate tax team of professionals who provide innovative and customized solutions to clients across various industries. I leverage my 25+ years of experience as a CPA in Big Four firms, Deloitte and PwC, to deliver high-quality tax services that meet the complex and evolving needs of businesses from start-ups to well established publically-traded companies. I have extensive knowledge and experience in corporate tax, ASC 740, tax internal controls, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, international tax, state and local tax and tax controversy. I am most passionate about serving clients and developing the next generation of tax leaders. I enjoy helping my clients achieve their financial and strategic goals, while aligning tax saving strategies that maintain compliance with tax laws and regulations. I strive to foster a culture of mentoring, development, diversity and professional excellence with the future stewards of this great profession.On a personal level, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife, daughter and son. I enjoy cooking and am a big fan of history of all sorts. As a Florida native, I will always be a deep sea fisherman and a lover of the ocean.
