Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into scalable analytics solutions and standardized KPI reporting.• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and certified datasets supporting gaming performance, continuity programs, promotions, player segmentation, and executive KPI reporting.• Develop and optimize SQL queries, views, and transformation logic supporting slot, pit, hotel, and marketing analytics.• Build and maintain dimensional data models and star schemas to support scalable, high-performance reporting and consistent metric definitions.• Create advanced DAX measures supporting YoY, MoM, Pareto analysis, redemption analysis, ADT/ADNT evaluation, ROI measurement, and player value segmentation.• Establish standardized KPI definitions and business logic to ensure consistency across marketing, operations, and executive reporting.• Deliver executive-ready analytics highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities across Inner, Intermediate, and Outer markets.• Partner with Marketing, Player Development, and Operations to analyze player behavior, promotional effectiveness, and campaign ROI.• Automate manual reporting processes through reusable data models and improved data workflows, reducing reporting turnaround time.• Ensure data accuracy and validation by aligning source systems with analytical models and reporting outputs.• Support ad-hoc and strategic analysis requests related to revenue performance and player behavior.Tools & Technologies: Power BI, SQL Server, DAX, Power Query (M), Dimensional Modeling, Data Warehousing Concepts, Advanced SQL Analytics
