My role has expanded throughout my tenure with UBS, which began in 2003. Currently, I lead our +$20B AUM business and serve as Co-PM for all of our Global Equity portfolios. I am also lead-PM for our UBS Concentrated Halo strategies and our award-winning UBS Global Long Short Equity (GELS) Fund. I have management oversight of the UBS Biotechnology and UBS Global Healthcare funds. I\'ve made many improvements to our processes and infrastructure. This includes a new analyst rating system, a new attribution system, a standardised DCF valuation process and I created a proprietary risk dashboard. Also, I launched an innovative new junior-talent development program.
