Part of a team that successfully delivered Windows 10 to over devices using SCCM and custom task sequences. We were able to automate the upgrade deployment of Windows 10 using in place upgrades. This ensured our users retained what was important to them (applications, data, share drives, etc) whilst delivering the best possible experience.• Successfully lead a team, which transitioned our EUC service (consisting of 1st, 2nd & 3rd line teams) from our existing partner to two partners (made up of both onshore and offshore teams). By following process, I was able to ensure the appropriate approval processes, service acceptance criteria’s (SAC), change processes and test criteria’s were in place. This resulted in a seamless transition of service with no negative impact to user experience.• In collaboration with Microsoft, I lead and managed the early adoption of Microsoft Teams. This was done using early adopters, management policies and feedback review sessions before moving to an organisational wide deployment with supporting communications to approx. 3500 users.• As part of our identity management program, I assigned group based O365 licensing and configured automated license alerting. This improved user experience by ensuring our people had the licenses they needed as soon as they were added to the relevant group and improved our support teams experience by ensuring they can monitor license consumption and availability.• I am leading a project to implement Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) Privileged Identity Manager (PIM). We have been able to reduce the number of users who have permanent privileged roles by changing the account type to eligible and reduce risk by enforcing just-in time (JIT) privileged access with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and an privileged account approval process when elevated permissions are needed. This approach also prides full auditing capabilities.
