WORK HISTORY
Sales Director @Roann Limited
Wakefield, GB
My role as Sales Director at Roann Ltd is one of the most enjoyable roles i have had in my career to date. We are constantly looking at working with new commercial partners as we know the value we can bring, savings are one thing but service is another, we pride ourselves on being able to deliver projects on budget but more importantly on time. We offer 7 day turn around on all our worktops for commercial projects as standard. Overseeing a Commercial, Residential and Estimating team of 9 colleagues. Exceeding targets month by month and growing the business from what was a £1.2m to a £6m in the time i have been at Roann. My ambitions to grow Roann further to a £10-12m business is what keeps me motivated to achieve new targets and hit new heights, but to do so with a team of colleagues who put their all into work and give everything they can in their roles. My management style is to build a team who work well together where everyone is working with each other and for each other. the word team is something i use frequently when i discuss Roann with anyone, we celebrate as a team, we grow as a team and most importantly we learn as a team. Personally i have been successful in bringing on large value contracts to Roann, with national house builders, PRS schemes and commercial projects such as stadiums and hotels. I have over 15 years experience in the worktop industry and i am constantly looking at new products and materials which are coming to market.
