Additionally, I assist setting the overall strategy for CCO with our partners to continually refine and improve our Client service offerings. These tasks include marketing and sales activities, selection of strategic partners, refinement and addition of training and services, assistance with operational & financial management, and direct involvement with on-boarding only the highest level of talent. The ability to provide resources from top to bottom,(Corporate Executive to Shop Floor), assistance, makes us unique as a holistic solutions provider. Finally, CCO is a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Company focusing on hiring and utilizing leaders who have both served our Great Nation (USA) and also as great leaders within various industries and positions. The fact that we are Service Disabled Veteran-Owned also enables many of our clients to achieve various minority business credits within their own organizations. Our active certifications include NVBDC and CVE. CCO is an execution based firm that gets the job done! I personally find it a privilege to serve as a executive leader in such an outstanding customer focused organization.
