I work with non‑profit, education and membership organisations to help them tackle real, day‑to‑day challenges — the kind that get in the way of people doing their best work.Alongside my role at mhance, I’m an RNLI volunteer and Chair of GBSUP, where I help deliver the national paddleboard racing series across the UK. Those roles give me first‑hand experience of how charities and member‑led organisations actually operate: committed people, limited time and budgets, complex governance, and systems that need to work reliably rather than impress.My approach is relationship‑led and delivery‑focused. I spend time understanding how organisations really work, what’s not quite joining up, and what needs to change to make life easier. Technology plays an important role, but only as an enabler — the real value comes from solutions that fit the organisation, support the people using them, and deliver something practical and sustainable over the long term.
