77 Diamonds is a highend leading independent online and instore diamond jeweller both in the UK and Europe. My role in Mayfair, Manchester and Europe is mainly online based. I ensure customers receive a truly personal luxury experience from pre to post purchase making each and every client feel valued. I liaise with a number of high net worth customers in my portfolio. Being the first point of call for all their post purchase enquiries via email, telephone and in person. Responsible for direct booking of appointments. Keeping the customer updated on the production process, taking ownership of any issues that may arise and coming to a fast resolution for the customer and the company. Ensure all feedback to customers is handled professionally and in a timely fashion. Managing the repair process with the workshop or outside suppliers, taking into account costings and lead times. Actively contacting customers for reviews and gathering feedback for ratings. Preparing monthly reports on all data gathered on the our custom based computer systems. Providing the customer with excellent product knowledge of all our diamonds and jewellery. Creating an all round outstanding customer service experience for them to remember and feel valued.
