ABOUT SCOTT VANCIL
I am an actor, writer, and director available in Lawrence, Kansas, Kansas City, and Los Angeles looking to work primarily in feature films and TV. Currently looking for work. I write screenplays in both prose and verse form (Iambic Pentameter). I also write novels, poetry, comic books, and short fiction. I primarily focus on stories about mental health and disability, as it’s my reality of being schizoaffective and disabled. I also have Tourette’s Syndrome with Coprolalia, Copropraxia, and Coprographia and Essential Tremors. It has been said that as an actor I resemble a young Harrison Ford, William Hurt, David Warner, Jake Gyllenhaal, Edward Norton, Jesse Plemons, Domhnall Gleeson, and Ewan McGregor.
