Texecom\'s Cloud service is a high reliability, approved, alarm communications platform hosting a suite of subscription digital service offerings that require very high levels of service availability, efficient implementation, and world-class technical support.A dynamic hands-on role spearheading cloud-based operational initiatives focussed on operational infrastructure management, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of all cloud systems, along with building and developing the support team as the service grows.Introducing the concept of customer centricity to ensure the day-to-day management of the service and treatment of customer enquiries and issues always exceeds their expectations.Working collaboratively with the Head of Cloud Development and utilising my extensive experience and subject matter expertise to develop and implement the cloud strategic roadmap in support of ambitious growth plans and the upscaling of the entire service.Evaluating and selecting cloud-based solutions, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to integrate these technologies into our products. Applying a proactive approach to the security of the cloud services and connected devices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations while safeguarding user privacy. I am leading efforts to enhance security measures and privacy practices, actively participating in security assessments and risk mitigation activities.Accountable for the implementation of processes and tools to maximise the effectiveness of the support team to be able to delight our ever-increasing customer base.
