I am a Senior Director in Business Sustainability with almost two decades of experience scaling the global operation to drive efficiencies and better serve customers across developed and emerging markets. I am now leveraging my work experience and leadership skills to oversee the environmental sustainability program at Varian. Some of my career achievements include- Spearheaded efforts to address environmental sustainability at Varian by implementing a supply chain program in partnership with CDP; subsequently defined and executed on our GHG emissions reduction roadmap to address long term Scope 1, 2, and 3 targets as part of our SBTi commitment- Led optimization efforts to reduce inventory by $10M and improve regional fill rates by 15% while overseeing the global service supply chain function at Varian- Oversaw efforts to identify and implement a combined $15M+ of annual savings in global logistics initiatives at NetApp and then Varian- Helped identify and implement $12M annual savings for our client base as a supply chain strategy consultant at Accenture.
