Working within the EMEA SD team providing installation, upgrade and support of airline passenger systems for the passenger journey from check-in to boardingResponsibilities include:•Design and implement network configurations for Cisco networks for airport connectivity and airline applications•Working on Cisco routers, switches and ASA’s and Firepower devices•Amend and create remote connections for office and/or airports•Install and configure airline applications, consisting of network connectivity, Server configuration, DNS•Troubleshoot software and hardware issues on site or remote•Build and configuration of physical airline kiosks •Technical support for company products •Complete updated documentation for all work •Third level on call support for Collins products •Ensure all work is completed within SLA
