I\'ve been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker “Play Therapist” for over 30 years, inventor of SquiDivers water toy and for SEL (Social Emotional Learning). I’ve reimagined ancient Torques into a series of way cool games and a Mind Health program. Torques starts with a big shuttlecock that can played as racquet sport (Badminton + Tennis have a baby), Toss game (Like Cornhole) and Mind Health program teaching the Triangle from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) Torques games are scored with a high tech twist using our Torques App that has the power to connect people, create supportive communities and make people happy.Mindset matters and with Torques Therapy we use mindfulness, movement, music and art to teach people the Triangle from CBT using our mind and body to focus on growth as we “Toss our troubles to let go and grow!” You can check out our Torques App on the Apple Store.
