ABOUT SCOTT THOMAS

Gregory Scott Thomas is a senior executive with over twenty-five years of broad-based business, corporate governance, and strategic planning and risk management experience with high-technology companies. Scott is currently an advisor to the CEO and board of directors for a global, publicly-traded semiconductor company. In his role, he is the lead attorney responsible for all litigation, M&A transactions, corporate compliance, data privacy and security, commercial contracts, human resource and benefits issues, intellectual property matters, and the management of the company\'s employee stock plans. He also serves as a member of the executive steering committee that guides the company\'s overall ESG efforts. Scott has a critical understanding of the technology industry dynamics and a keen ability to work with others to identify strategic opportunities and associated business risks and to support the development of strategic initiatives to address those opportunities while mitigating such risks. He is currently a member of a leadership team that successfully developed a new strategic plan that led to the company increasing revenues from $181 million in 2007 to $1.8 billion in 2022. Scott has extensive experience as a director and strategic advisor for public, private, and university Boards, working with and serving on audit, compensation, nominating, and governance committees. Scott currently serves as Chair of the finance committee at Felician University, an independent co-educational Catholic/Franciscan University founded and sponsored by the Felician Sisters to educate a diverse population of students within the framework of a liberal arts tradition. Scott is also currently a director of The Trail Conservancy, an Austin, Texas-based non-profit organization dedicated to protecting, enhancing, and connecting the Ann and Roy Butler Trail at Lady Bird lake for the benefit of all.
