Working directly for the Sr. VP of Human Resources, my primary role was to document all human resources roles and processes/steps performed in those roles. Creation of process documentation consisting of Visio swim lanes, data flow diagram models, final analysis documents, and human resource application integrations. Conducted over 134 separate interviews with human resources, operations, business managers, and IT. Responsible for performing an end-to-end business analysis of the existing human resource department for process gaps and improvements. Converted data collected in various excel reports and from direct data extracts from ADP Vantage into both Tableau and Smartsheet project sites. Meta data was then used to create multiple executive dashboards consisting of roll-up data from their respective projects/data sources. Other work consisted of end-to-end analysis of all human resource interfaces with payroll, benefits, finance, operations, and IT for identification of areas for process improvements. Individual business process analysis and production of findings documentation on HR onboarding processes, sign-on bonus, referral bonus, pay bonus, department codes, employee leave, and requisition thru I-9. Document current credential processes and creation of new credentialing process. Project Manager for the human resource transformation project responsible for the development and management project execution in a timely manner.
