About Scott Taylor

I have worked in Transportation for Schneider for 13+ years. I started out as a Broker in our Transportation Management division for 2 years. For the next 5 years, with having a degree in Finance from UW-Green Bay, I became a Financial Analyst. I learned I had a thirst for leadership, coaching, and development. This drove me to obtain a Sales Operations Manager role within our Brokerage business, leading a team of Sales Professionals to grow their book of business over the next 3 years. The next piece of the puzzle came together once I realized I wanted more commercial experience with larger customers in the industry, so I became an Account Manager handling 4 of the top 30 customers in our business. During these 2 years, I recognized I had a true passion for connecting with our people, which brought me into the role I have today as an Associate Relations Partner Lead. I am forever grateful for the opportunity to have our associates\' voices be heard and continue to make Schneider the best company possible to work for.
