Through FICO’s automated communications platform we prevent Fraud, we save people from serious criminal activity, and we improve Customer experience. As FICO’s CCS, Fraud Business strategy manager I provide subject-matter expertise to shape strategy of our end-to-end Customer Communications business in Fraud, for some of the largest banks across Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA). Alongside the Fraud Line of business, our CCS platform interacts with Customers across the entire Customer lifecycle.
