ABOUT SCOTT TANK

As the Customer Quality and Claims Manager I\'m responsible for all US Quality operations, large scale, homes and business. My team successfully passed the ISO 9001:2015 certification process. Not to mention, within three months the same team passed five customer audits and performed over 400 first articles and reduced inspections by 50% at the same time. Some of my strengths are supplier improvement, corrective actions, reduction of non-conformance\'s, lower CoPQ through data management and implementation of strong PFMEAsMy knowledge base includes many tools, such as, PFMEA, 8D, and fishbone analysis etc.To help improve key suppliers my team uses tools like Test Readiness Reviews, Production Readiness, closed loop Supplier Corrective Actions, Change Review Board process, Discrepant Parts Per Millions (DPPM) and site audits.I have implemented the ME/QE Walk to reduce NCR time and streamline the MRB process. Other efforts are working with Engineering in the transfer process of NPI product to production. Areas added were Key Features, inspection requirements and NC/lessons learned reviews
