Leading, developing and implementing the MMC Vision and Strategy of Sir Robert McAlpine. We are a family-owned construction and civil engineering company established since 1869. We design, develop, build and preserve some of Britain’s most iconic buildings. We shape towns, cities, and landscapes and put the local community at the heart of everything we do. My responsibilities include the following: • Leading, develop and implement SRM’s overarching MMC Vision and Strategy, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and driving that strategy to fruition. • Championing and embedded MMC as a viable delivery practice, sharing good practise. • Leadership of strategic supply chain engagement. • Specific focus on the interdependencies between SRM’s MMC Strategy and our Digital, Carbon and Social Value strategies • Develop external partnerships to support the development of technical solutions • Developing commercial models that share risk and reward MMC innovation, leading future framework procurements and ensuring they deliver to plan and support value for money projects and programmes • Providing clear direction and focus, visibly championing the changes which deliver greater efficiencies
