ABOUT SCOTT STURT
As of January 2025, I have transitioned within the business of Vivid Resourcing to a new role of Learning & Development consultant, where I now assist and continue the organic growth of consultants joining the business across our European & US offices. Prior to this, I previously connect experienced IT & Software Consultants with exciting opportunities across Belgium and the Netherlands within the JavaScript and Design sector. Since joining Vivid back in 2020, where I started as a recruiter, I was able to work my way up within the business over a 4 year period to Executive Consultant. This also included managing a team of 5, who all joined fresh after graduating from university with no experience and developing them into billing consultants whist still personally billing myself. During those 4 years within the Benelux market, I successfully secured IT roles for just over 105 IT consultants across a range of fastest-growing companies.
