I’ve spent 15 years at the intersection of high-stakes litigation, fraud investigation, and executive leadership—from leading 60+ jury trials as a prosecutor to serving as Vice Chancellor overseeing safety for Florida public schools to protecting enterprise assets at Freddie Mac.As a former prosecutor, I built my foundation in the courtroom, trying complex criminal cases in state and federal courts. That experience taught me how to distill complicated facts, examine witnesses under pressure, and deliver persuasive arguments that move juries—skills that translate directly to civil litigation and corporate investigations.In senior government leadership, I served as Vice Chancellor for Florida’s K-12 public education system, overseeing safety and security operations for over schools. In this role, I directed fraud investigations, developed statewide security protocols, and led crisis response strategies protecting students, staff, and institutional integrity. I also spearheaded election integrity initiatives, mitigating voting system vulnerabilities through forensic analysis and enforcement protocols.I’ve applied that trial and investigative expertise to healthcare litigation in Florida, defending malpractice claims and regulatory investigations while managing multimillion-dollar settlements and guiding organizational risk strategy.Most recently at Freddie Mac, I led enterprise-wide fraud investigations, reporting directly to executive leadership and reducing financial exposure by millions through proactive detection, enforcement, and compliance.My approach combines courtroom instincts with executive-level business judgment.
