Contracted onboard a Jack-Up Amphion rig. Responsible for all marine related tasks & Jacking Systems, Loading and unloading Bulks & Hydrocarbons from supply vessels. Deck Loading, Stability Reports,Amphion Responsible person for Work and isolation permits. Supervise Barge Operators, Crane Ops & Deck crews. Budgeting, Costs, Preparation for Shipyard Operations. My primary role is to ensure that all marine operations are conducted In a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company’s Management system, regional and international legislative requirements As well as good industry practices. Breakdown of responsibilities.• Department Head in charge of Barge Operators, Crane Operators, Deck Crew, Paint Crew, Welders, • Planning and Client liaison to ensure customer satisfaction • Co-ordination and conducting of marine operations in accordance with Drilling programme • Instigation and review of work site and ensure area safe to commence work • Ensuring safe and efficient execution of anchor handing operations during Rig Moves• Sourcing and provision of third party service personnel to conduct services of All Marine related equipment• Ensuring drilling unit compliance with international and regional coastal State certification requirements including, Class, Flag-state, UK HSE
