I\'m a dedicated, resourceful and outgoing professional - known for my positive approach and drive. I find personal satisfaction in working towards goals that for individuals are to ambitious, but via teamwork quickly and efficiently can be achieved. Conversely, I also find major fulfillment in working individually towards a goal and achieving it within the set deadline. With over 5 years of Business Development Experience and the ability to grow an organization, pushing them into markets never before performed in, I am up for any challenge. Couple that with 10+ years of Project Management experience I have the strong ability to identify trends and develop competitive strategies for execution. I am skilled in implementing process improvements to help increase overall production and drive organizational strategy. Over the years I managed jobs working with turbines, in coal handling (conveyor & coal chute repairs/replacement), FGD (fiberglass piping repairs, agitator repairs/replacement, sump pump work and motor change-outs), cooling tower cleaning and repairs, river intake work (travel water screen repairs/replacement/redesign, screen wash pump repairs, circulating water pump repairs), plant ground and ash pond maintenance, fire system repairs and structural repairs throughout the plant facilities. I have been fortunate enough to work with multiple crafts as well as engineering groups throughout my career that has led to the many positive relationships with companies across the United States.
