   Serve as project leader for two large-scale data center physical security integrations each covering six data halls and associated administrative areas. Working from issued-for-construction (IFC) designs, direct submittals, procurement, installation, and integration of access control and video surveillance systems. Act as primary point of contact for the tenant, general contractor, and owner, balancing differing priorities and ensuring transparent communication across all parties. Maintain full P&L accountability for project scope and cost performance, managing subcontractor resources and change control. Coordinate closely with other trades to resolve field conflicts and infrastructure issues prior to installation. Guide the project teams through high schedule pressure as the final trade on site before tenant operational handover, ensuring on-time delivery, compliance with corporate security standards, and readiness for commissioning.
