Currently working as the Logistics Data Analytics Manager at Next PLC, managing a team of 5 data analysts, overseeing the warehousing and logistics data analysis and reporting for all of Next’s logistics operations worldwide.As part of my role I am overseeing various Data Analytics projects, implementing Cloud-based solutions (Azure, Databricks) to provide key business insights, working with Microsoft to develop our legacy solutions. Project management experience using DevOps, working with internal teams to deliver and land Data sources on Next’s data lake. I have become a key member of the Online Logstics team, understanding how different processes impact our Online sales, demand and profits. I manage and produce analysis and regular reports/insights for Main Board Directors, informing and driving business decisions.Utilising various technologies such as Databricks (SQL, Spark, Python), MS office (Excel - advanced), Google, SMSS and PowerBI to deliver insights to numerous areas and levels across the business.A graduate of Sheffield Hallam University with a First Class Honours Degree in Sport & Exercise Science. Formerly of Prozone Sports (STATS LLC) and Sheffield Wednesday Football Club.
