About Scott Shirk
An experienced, successful, executive who takes a thoughtful and methodical \"boots on the ground\" approach to leadership. Scott is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. He served eight years in the U.S. Army infantry, including combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Scott left military service in 2007 and began a career in the Ports, Cargo Terminals, and Maritime Industry. He has served in various leadership roles in both blue water and river terminals. In October 2018, Scott joined the Helm team. In his current role, he is responsible for cargo terminals in TN, AR, and LA.
