Experienced Capital Markets Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the residential mortgage industry. More specifically, I was responsible for the securitization, hedging, and trading of FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional mortgages. This allowed me to interact directly with Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. In addition to my experience with Ginnie Mae and the GSEs, I also worked with some of the largest mortgage servicers. This included building new co-issue relationships, facilitating bulk MSR transactions, and negotiating pricing. Skilled in finance, securitization, and interest rate risk management.
