I am an intellectually curious and disciplined equity investor with a rigorous and successful process. I am currently a portfolio manager/ equity analyst for a US SMID fund focusing on Real Estate, Communication Services (i.e. advertising, broadcasting, cable & satellite, media, movies & entertainment, other telecom etc), certain Industrials (transports & related industries), and some discretionary and software names. Previously I was at ERS co-managing a global technology portfolio. Prior to August 2022 I was an international equity analyst focusing on consumer discretionary, communication services, and real estate stocks in the EAFE index (i.e. developed markets). I have both buy and sell side experience with a track record of stock picking and earnings estimation, both internationally & domestically. Previous sell side coverage included heavy construction materials, building products, homebuilders, and real estate developers. Recognized in the 2019 Thomson Reuters Analyst Awards as the top earnings estimator in building products as well as the 2017 Analyst Awards as a top earnings estimator in Construction Materials, and by Institutional Investor as an All America Research Rising Star. Previously covered engineering & construction and MLP\'s. Also significant experience in capital formation having evaluated over 3 dozen IPO, follow-on, and secondary offerings across the sectors.
