   Founded Sage Built Homes, LLC to serve the custom home market. Sold first home to the first prospect walk in it. Foresaw trouble in the mortgage market in spring of 2007 and transitioned to pre-sold and remodeling projects. • Delivered 62+ projects to fit client need and budget • Sell all projects personally • Budget centered design process. • Developed purchasing procedures • Sales face to the client • Walk customers through selection process • Provide home design expertise • Oversee all aspects of production • Ensure quality control • Purchasing and negotiation • Manage all subcontractors • Manage as many as 5 concurrent projects • Served as GHBA Custom Builder Council, Chairman • Personally an ok trim carpenter • Will do some of all trades as needed - carpentry, landscaping, painting, Sheetrock, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, dug trenches, built decks, concrete - Whatever it takes to get the job done
