   A career in Real Estate sales was a natural for me. My father, grandfather, and great-grandfather were all small business owners. I run my business by the words they taught me: “Exceeding Customer Expectations never goes out of style”. Along with my business and accounting background, I have a love of Design, Architecture, & Landscaping. All of this benefits our clients during the critical “Pre-Launch” phase of every listing. These skills coupled with my passion for negotiating and winning, ensures my sellers always have a home that shows its absolute best and nets top dollar. Most of our business comes from past clients and their referrals. As such we devote our time to them and their homes, rather than endless prospecting for new business like most agents. Every client’s needs are different. I promise to listen, add my expertise, and always tell the truth. We collaborate, and then act on what you want. Some clients want a complete redo, some a simple \"refresh” of the home. Some clients want to be involved in every aspect of the transaction; others just trust me to handle everything, from hiring cleaners to helping box up delicate family heirlooms. I wake up every day with natural energy and enthusiasm. Whatever needs to be done to get the job done, will be done, period! Plus Stefanie, our Client Care Coordinator is in the office every day 9-5 for one purpose: to ensure every client & every transaction is handled with expertise and professionalism. As a true professional confidant in my abilities and skills, I do not believe in long-term contracts. When you hire my team & me you have the right to fire us if we do not deliver (thankfully this has never happened). You need to feel 100% comfortable. We are applying for the job as Your Realtor.
