About Scott Russell
Scott is an experienced C-level executive who is currently the Global Chief Transformation Officer of IPG Mediabrands and member of the IPG Mediabrands Global ELT. He is also Global CEO of Mediabrands OOH specialist agency, Rapport. Scott joined IPG Mediabrands/UM in 2010 to lead the Fiat-Chrysler business and quickly started to build the office into one of UM\'s largest and most successful global offices. Under his leadership the office more than doubled in size, and significantly diversified its portfolio. He has served as U.S. COO and Chair of the Mediabrands U.S. Executive Leadership Team, UM U.S. President and Chief Client Officer, and been a member of the IPG Mediabrands Global ELT for the past five years. Prior to joining UM, Scott worked at BBDO for 11 years, rising to the level of Chief Brand Officer. He has an extensive background across Creative, Media and CRM agencies, with experience in key verticals (Auto, Financial Services, CPG, Retail, Entertainment) and a deep understanding of how Brands effectively connect with customers to drive business growth.
