I currently serve as the Director of Policy and Training Strategy for Axon. In this role, I am responsible for Axon\'s accreditation project, expanding Axon\'s training platform into professional development, building out a robust federal and military instructor pipeline, and expanding Axon\'s training framework into areas of human performance and resiliency.I am a former and retired FBI Senior Executive with a graduate degree in security management and 22+ years of leadership expertise in the FBI as well as six years of honorable service in the US Air Force. My track record includes directing up to 300 personnel, managing operational budgets as large as $250M, and directing sensitive operations and training matters with a worldwide scope. I have extensive experience conducting law enforcement training as well as leading complex criminal and counterterrorism investigations.
