About Scott Ross
I am the proud father of an amazing 6 yr old son, and lucky to be with the love of my life. I am so excited to be the Chairman & CEO of The Phenom Group which holds Gaming Phenoms, Chess Phenoms, Phenom Virtual Job Fairs, and soon Auction Phenoms. We are committed to growing the gaming community through amazing tournaments and events. Our focus is to expand the monetized footprint of gaming, where competitors earn for every win. Chess Phenoms is driven to level the playing field for all competitors. Allowing for equal prize money for all. We will offer the largest youth online chess tournaments in the world, while offering not only prize money but scholarships. With Phenom Virtual Job Fairs we work with over 320 colleges and universities to help their athletes find the next phase of their lives in the corporate world. We work with hundreds of companies offering them direct access to the athletes in the world. We recently started working with future Olympic athletes to help them find remote employment to continue their life mission of earning Olympic gold. With what little free time I have left (after family time) I compete in USTA Men’s 50’s tournaments all over the state of California and country. all-in-all I dig my life.
