I am a highly motivated individual who is looking to expand my contact sphere. Currently the Commercial Territory Manager at Clark Pest Control. Commercial sales, coordinating multiple vendors on projects, as well as multiple state agencies. Many of the projects we specialize in are for large wineries and commercial buildings where we tackle a multitude of issues, from termites, rodents, insects, birds, bats, fungus, construction repair of damaged buildings, construction pretreats. Often coordinating with multiple vendor on each project. We grew the commercial team consistently each month and have been the top performing team each month since June. Hiring and training ning of sales team, training of technicians in specific fields. I ran the day to day operations of the Terminix branch in Petaluma. Direct P&L responsibility, ordering material, scheduling routes, payroll, reporting to state agencies and taking care of customer needs. I also run the sales teams day to day operations, training, and reporting progress. Our sales team has consistently improved every month and we currently have multiple team memebers in the top 5% nationally. We finished 1.1 million over budget, 146% to plan. I prefer to spend at least half of my time in the field training employees and improving customer experience. I work closely with my other managers to ensure a smooth operation. I currently hold branch 2 and 3 licenses from the Structural Pest Control Board as well as a Qualified Applicators license section A and B from the Department of Pesticides Regulations. Mentoring new hires is my passion. 90% of my mentees meet ramped quota in 60 day.
